Tamer Şahinoğlu

Tamer Sahinoglu was born in 1962 in Sakarya City/Turkey. He completed his primary and secondary education in Sakarya city and completed his higher education in Izmir 9 Eylül University.
Sahinoglu’s works, who have been painting since childhood, have attracted the attention of the Turkish famous artist Fahir Aksoy. His paintings were presented to art lovers for the first time in a group exhibition in 1990. With the encouragement of famous painters such as İbrahim Balaban, Nedim Gunsur and Mehmet Pesen, he continued to paint non-stop. He has participated in more than 50 grup painting exhibitions in Turkey and abroad, and his works have taken place in many important collections.

Tamer Sahinoglu still continues to work in his workshop in Bodrum, where he settled in 1999.
